i suppose not many of u have experienced yrself walking inside the funnel where the charcoal is made. It's like a sauna room, natural one without any power connection.
See all the logs displayed? They r 2 be put inside the funnel and burned days and nights till they become charcoal.
According to Mei Zhi's uncle, the work is pretty hard and one must be careful and committed as u have 2 check for the fire in the funnel from time to time.
Not easy oh...... If you have not seen and heard of the processes involved, i bet, u never understand what i mean.

What a big big tree.
Wee wee looked so tiny behind the trunk. The pic taken in Perak. That was the 1st time we saw such huge trees along the road 2 the Tasik.
Great leh. Anyone can suggest any tree in Kuching which is bigger than this one?
